This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your subscription on sugardaddyplanet.com (“the Platform”), what happens when you do, and what to expect afterwards. It should be read together with our Brugsbetingelser, Refund Policy og Privatlivspolitik.

Our goal is to make cancellation as easy as signing up. You can cancel at any time, in just a few clicks, directly from your account. We do not require you to call, send an email, or speak to anyone to cancel.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on sugardaddyplanet.com, including:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Quarterly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions
  • Any future subscription product offered on the Platform

Polaris Nexus LLC operates the Platform and is responsible for processing cancellations.

2. Your right to cancel at any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason or for no reason. There is no minimum commitment period and no cancellation fee.

When you cancel, you stop the automatic renewal of your subscription. You keep access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again, unless you reactivate the subscription.

3. How to cancel — step by step

You can cancel your subscription directly from your account, in three steps, without contacting customer support:

  1. Log in to your account on sugardaddyplanet.com.
  2. Go to Account SettingsAbonnement.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

That’s it. You will receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account. No phone call, no email, no forms.

3.1 If you cannot cancel through your account

In the rare event that the cancellation button is not working or you cannot access your account, contact us at info@polarisnexus.com with the subject line “Cancel my subscription” and include:

  • The username and email address associated with your account
  • The date you wish the cancellation to take effect (immediately or at the end of the current period, by default the end of the current period)

We will process the cancellation within 2 business days and send you a confirmation. The cancellation will take effect from the date of your request, regardless of when we process it.

4. What happens when you cancel

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You keep access to all paid features until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method, unless you reactivate the subscription.
  • Your profile remains visible to other users for the rest of the paid period, unless you also choose to deactivate or close your account.
  • Your messages, photographs and conversations are preserved during the paid period and, after it ends, are subject to the retention periods described in our Privatlivspolitik.
  • After the paid period ends, your account is downgraded to free access: you can still log in, edit your profile and browse the Platform, but features reserved for paid subscribers are deactivated.

Cancelling your subscription is not the same as closing your account. To delete your account permanently, see Section 7 below.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, generate a refund of the current period.

Whether a refund applies depends on:

  • Whether you are within the 14-day cooling-off period (see Refund Policy, Section 2).
  • Whether your case falls within one of the situations that qualify for a refund (see Refund Policy, Section 3.1).

If you believe you are entitled to a refund in addition to cancellation, please request it expressly as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Reactivating your subscription

If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Account SettingsAbonnement.
  3. Select a plan and complete the payment.

Your previous profile, messages and connections remain intact. Reactivation begins a new billing cycle from the date of payment.

7. Closing your account permanently

If you want to permanently delete your account in addition to cancelling your subscription, you can do so from Account SettingsClose Account.

Closing your account:

  • Cancels any active subscription immediately.
  • Removes your profile from search results and from other users’ visibility.
  • Triggers the data retention and deletion process described in our Privatlivspolitik, Section 8.

Important: closing your account before the end of a paid period does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining period, except in the cases described in our Refund Policy. If you want to keep using the paid features you have already paid for, cancel the auto-renewal first (Section 3) and close your account only after the period ends.

If you ever change your mind, you can request reactivation of a closed account by writing to info@polarisnexus.com within 30 days of closure, after which your account data is deleted in accordance with our Privatlivspolitik.

8. Cancellation initiated by us

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription and access to the Platform if you breach our Brugsbetingelser, Community Guidelines eller Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized payments
  • Impersonation, fake profiles or use of third-party photographs without consent
  • Offering or soliciting escort or sexual services in exchange for money
  • Harassment, threats or abuse towards other users
  • Attempts to circumvent age verification
  • Any other conduct that endangers the safety or integrity of the Platform or its users

Refunds in these cases are governed by Section 3.2 of our Refund Policy.

We also reserve the right to discontinue the Platform or any of its features. If we do so, we will inform users with reasonable advance notice and refund the unused portion of any active paid subscription.

9. Currency and taxes after cancellation

If you cancel and a refund applies under our Refund Policy, refunds are processed in the original currency of the payment and include any applicable taxes that were charged.

10. Confirmation and records

After every cancellation, we send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. We recommend you keep this email as proof of cancellation.

If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of cancelling, check your spam folder and contact us at info@polarisnexus.com so we can verify the status of your account.

11. Changes to this Cancellation Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, technology or our business practices. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the version in force. Material changes will be communicated through our usual channels with reasonable notice.
