Stella And Pow OÜ (“we”, “our”, “us”), operator of the website sugardaddyplanet.com (“the Platform”), provides this statement in relation to the record-keeping requirements of the United States federal law 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and their implementing regulations, 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

1. Exemption statement
The Platform is a social introduction and dating service for adults. Stella And Pow OÜ is not a producer — whether “primary” or “secondary” as those terms are defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c) — of any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256.
Specifically:
- Vi ikke produce, commission, hire for, manage, arrange or otherwise participate in the creation of sexually explicit content.
- Vi ikke knowingly publish, distribute, sell or transfer any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
- Sexually explicit and pornographic content is prohibited on the Platform under our Fællesskabsretningslinjer og Brugsbetingelser, and is removed when detected or reported.
Accordingly, the Platform and its operator are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A with respect to the content available on the Platform.
2. User-generated content
All photographs and other content on the Platform are uploaded by registered users for the purpose of social introduction, subject to our content rules. In relation to that content:
- Users may only upload content that they own or are authorized to use, and that complies with our Fællesskabsretningslinjer.
- Nudity, pornography and sexually explicit imagery are not permitted in profiles, photographs or messages.
- Content is subject to moderation, combining automated tools, human review and user reports.
- Content that violates these rules is removed, and the responsible account may be suspended or terminated.
3. All users are adults
Access to the Platform is restricted to persons who are mindst 18 år gammel (or the age of legal majority in their country of residence, if higher). Age is verified through the multi-layered process described in our Aldersverifikationspolitik, which includes, where required, document-based identity verification through a specialized third-party provider.
4. If prohibited content is detected
If, despite our rules and moderation, sexually explicit content is uploaded to the Platform, we will:
- Fjerne eller deaktivere adgangen to the content expeditiously.
- Take action against the responsible account, up to and including permanent termination.
- Preserve evidence where required by law.
- Report to the competent authorities where applicable — including reports to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A for any content involving minors, as described in our Politik mod menneskehandel og ingen eskortepolitik.
