Trust & Safety Center

Last updated: 15/05/2026

Welcome to the Sugar Daddy Planet Trust & Safety Center. This is the place where everything we do to keep the Platform safe is brought together: our policies, our tools, our processes and the resources we make available to you.

Sugar dating is a legitimate way for adults to meet, when it is honest, respectful and consensual. But online dating in any form attracts people who do not share those values — scammers, fake profiles, predators and others. Our job is to keep them off the Platform. Your safety is part of our product, not an afterthought.

This Center is organized so you can find what you need quickly, whether you are a new member learning how things work, an experienced user looking for a specific resource, or someone needing urgent help.

1. Our commitment

We commit to:

  • Verifying that our members are adults. No one under 18 belongs on this Platform, and we work continuously to detect and remove anyone who tries to circumvent that rule.
  • Keeping the Platform free of escorts, traffickers and predators. This is not a marketplace for sexual services and we enforce that firmly.
  • Treating every report seriously. Real human beings on our Trust & Safety team review reports and act on confirmed violations without negotiation.
  • Respecting your privacy. Reports are confidential. We never disclose the identity of someone who reports another user.
  • Cooperating with law enforcement in the investigation of crimes, particularly those involving minors, trafficking or exploitation.
  • Being transparent about how we moderate and what we do when things go wrong.

2. Our policies

The rules of our community are set out in a number of policies. Each one focuses on a specific area, and together they form a coherent framework. We recommend that every member read them at least once, especially when registering.

3. How we keep the Platform safe

Our approach combines technology, human review and community participation. No single layer is enough — strength comes from the combination.

3.1 Verification at registration

Every new member goes through age and identity checks designed to keep minors and fake accounts out from day one. See our Age Verification Policy for the full process.

3.2 Automated monitoring

We use automated tools to scan profile content, photographs, private messages and forum posts for prohibited material, escort-service language patterns, scam indicators and trafficking signals. When automated systems flag something serious, it is reviewed by a human before any final decision is made.

3.3 Human review

Our Trust & Safety team is trained to identify the patterns that automated tools may miss: subtle coercion, grooming behavior, scam scripts, coded language. They review reports, decide on appropriate action, and document every decision.

3.4 Community reporting

Members are our most powerful early-warning system. Every profile, message and post on the Platform has a Report button. Reports are reviewed by our team, and the more detail you provide, the faster we can act. See Section 6 below.

3.5 Continuous improvement

The patterns of abuse on online dating platforms evolve constantly. We review our processes regularly, update our automated rules and tools, and adapt to new threats and new legal requirements as they emerge.

4. Tools that keep you safe

Beyond what we do at the Platform level, every member has access to safety tools they can use directly.

4.1 Integrated video call

Before meeting anyone in person, use the integrated video call function. A short video call is the simplest, most effective way to confirm that the person you have been chatting with is real and matches their profile. If someone refuses to do a brief video call after a reasonable amount of conversation, treat it as a red flag.

4.2 Blocking and muting

You can block any user at any time, with no explanation. A blocked user cannot message you, see your profile or interact with you in any way. You can also mute conversations without notifying the other party.

4.3 Visibility controls

You decide what information is visible on your profile, and to whom. See our Политика за поверителност, Section 10, for the full list of what is visible to other members and what is not.

4.4 Verification badges

Members who complete optional identity verification display a verification badge on their profile. The badge is a signal of trust for the rest of the community.

4.5 Safety prompts

In certain situations — for example, if you are about to share contact details outside the Platform or if a conversation contains patterns associated with scams — you may receive an in-app safety prompt. Read it before acting.

5. Verification and authenticity

Authentic profiles are the foundation of trust. We work on authenticity in three directions:

  • Removing fake accounts. Automated systems and human review continuously look for and remove fake profiles, recycled photos and impersonators.
  • Helping you verify real ones. Verification badges, video call and the safety tips in our Безопасни запознанства page give you the means to confirm who you are talking to before meeting them.
  • Holding members accountable. Catfishing, impersonation and the use of third-party photographs result in immediate and permanent termination of the account.

6. How to report

If you see something that breaks our Community Guidelines or any of our other policies — report it.

6.1 In-platform reporting

Every profile, message and forum post has a Report button. Select the reason that best matches the situation:

  • Solicitation of sexual services in exchange for money
  • Suspected trafficking or exploitation
  • Suspected minor on the Platform
  • Fake profile or impersonation
  • Fraud or scam
  • Harassment, threats or hate speech
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Other (with free-text explanation)

The more detail you give, the faster we can act.

6.2 Email

For urgent or sensitive reports, contact:

  • General trust & safety: info@polarisnexus.com — subject: “Trust & Safety report”
  • Urgent reports: info@polarisnexus.com — subject: “URGENT — Trust & Safety report”

6.3 Response times

  • Urgent reports (suspected minor, suspected trafficking, immediate threats): acknowledged within 24 hours, acted on as soon as possible.
  • Other reports: acknowledged within 2 business days, resolved as soon as the review is complete.

6.4 Confidentiality

Reports are confidential. We do not disclose the identity of the reporter to the reported user. Where reporting to authorities is required by law, we may share information as legally necessary.

6.5 In immediate danger

If you or someone else is in immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first, then report to us.

7. Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision against your account was incorrect, you can appeal. Send an email to info@polarisnexus.com with the subject line “Appeal” within 30 days of the decision, explaining why you believe it was wrong and providing any supporting evidence.

We respond within 10 business days. Decisions on appeal are final.

Decisions made for violations involving trafficking, exploitation, child sexual abuse material or serious fraud are not subject to appeal.

See our Community Guidelines, Section 12, for the full appeals process.
