This Refund Policy explains under what conditions Polaris Nexus LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) will refund payments made on the website sugardaddyplanet.com (“the Platform”). It should be read together with our Pogoji uporabe, Cancellation Policy in Pravilnik o zasebnosti.

We want our refund terms to be clear, fair and easy to apply. This Policy describes the cases in which a refund is granted, the cases in which it is not, and how to request one.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all purchases made on sugardaddyplanet.com, including:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Quarterly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions
  • Any other one-off purchases offered on the Platform

Polaris Nexus LLC is the seller of record for all transactions and is responsible for processing refund requests.

2. Right of withdrawal — 14-day cooling-off period

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date on which the contract is entered into, without giving any reason and without any penalty.

2.1 When the cooling-off period does not apply

In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital service has been fully performed, provided that:

  • You have given your express prior consent for the service to begin immediately, before the 14-day period expires; and
  • You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Both of these statements are presented and confirmed at checkout before payment is completed. If you do not give this consent, the service does not begin until the 14-day period has ended.

2.2 Partial use during the cooling-off period

If you exercise your right of withdrawal after the service has begun but before the 14-day period has expired, you are entitled to a refund proportional to the time elapsed: you will be refunded the amount paid minus the value of the portion of the service already provided up to the date of your withdrawal request.

2.3 How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, send a clear statement to info@polarisnexus.com with the subject line “Withdrawal request”, including:

  • Your username and the email address associated with your account
  • The date of purchase
  • The plan purchased

You can also use the standard withdrawal form annexed to Directive 2011/83/EU. We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

3. Refunds outside the cooling-off period

Once the 14-day cooling-off period has ended (or once the service has been fully performed with your prior consent), refunds are handled as follows.

3.1 Cases in which we will issue a refund

We will issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges — if you were charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate.
  • Technical failure on our side — if a payment was processed but your subscription was not activated, we will either activate the subscription or issue a full refund.
  • Unauthorized payment — if a payment was made without your authorization (for example, by a family member without permission), we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund. You may be asked to provide reasonable proof.
  • Account permanently banned by us for reasons not attributable to you — if we close your account in error, we will refund the unused portion of the current subscription period.
  • Service unavailability — if the Platform is unavailable for an extended and continuous period due to causes attributable to us, we may issue a partial refund or extend your subscription, at our discretion.

3.2 Cases in which we do not issue a refund

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the cooling-off period has expired and the service has been actively used.
  • Failure to use the Platform during a subscription period that was correctly activated.
  • Dissatisfaction with the interactions or outcomes of using the Platform — Polaris Nexus LLC provides access to the Platform and its features; it does not guarantee any specific outcome of interactions between users.
  • Account suspension or termination caused by a breach of our Pogoji uporabe ali Community Guidelines — including but not limited to fraud, impersonation, harassment, offering or soliciting escort services, attempts to circumvent age verification, or any conduct that infringes our Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy.
  • Auto-renewal payments that were not cancelled in time — auto-renewal can be turned off at any time before the next billing date through your account settings (see our Cancellation Policy). Once a renewal payment has been processed, it follows the rules in this Policy.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases, unless the promotion expressly indicates otherwise.

4. Auto-renewal and refunds

Subscriptions on the Platform are renewed automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance. The price, frequency and renewal date of your subscription are shown clearly at checkout and in your account settings at all times.

If you no longer wish to renew, you can cancel at any time before the next billing date and your access will continue until the end of the current paid period. Past renewal payments are not refunded beyond the cases described in Section 3.1.

5. Refunds for permanently closed accounts

If you decide to permanently close your account before the end of a paid subscription period:

  • You retain access to the paid features until the end of the current period.
  • The remaining time of the current period is not refunded, except where required by the cooling-off rules in Section 2.

If we close your account for reasons not attributable to you, see Section 3.1.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to info@polarisnexus.com with the subject line “Refund request” and include:

  • The username and email address associated with your account
  • The date and amount of the payment for which you are requesting a refund
  • The reason for the request, with any supporting information
  • The original payment method used

Response time

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and to resolve them within 10 business days of receipt. In complex cases (for example, suspected fraud, account security investigation or payment processor delays), the process may take longer; we will keep you informed.

Payment method for refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless this is not possible, in which case we will agree an alternative with you.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a problem with a payment, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at info@polarisnexus.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

Initiating a chargeback for a payment that does not qualify for a refund under this Policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account, without prejudice to our right to challenge the chargeback with evidence of the contract and the service provided.

8. Currency and taxes

All purchases on the Platform are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, and refunds are issued for the full amount paid, including taxes.

9. Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, technology or our business practices. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version. Material changes will be communicated through our usual channels with reasonable notice. Any change to this Policy applies only to purchases made after the new version takes effect; purchases made under a previous version of the Policy will remain subject to that version.
