Sugar Daddy Planet is a private social network for adults who choose to meet, communicate and connect within the sugar lifestyle. For the Platform to be a safe, respectful and enjoyable space, every member follows the same set of community standards.
These Guidelines explain what we expect from members, what is not allowed, how we moderate the Platform and what happens when someone breaks the rules. They should be read together with our Warunki użytkowania, Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy, Age Verification Policy, Polityka prywatności i Trust & Safety Center.
1. Our community promise
We believe sugar dating, when it is honest, respectful and consensual, is a legitimate form of dating between adults. That belief carries an obligation: we work hard to keep the Platform free from people who do not share these values.
Our promise to every member is simple:
- We do everything we can to keep the Platform free of fake profiles, scammers, escorts, predators and minors.
- We treat reports seriously and we act on confirmed violations without negotiation.
- We respect your privacy and never reveal the identity of a person who reports another.
- We listen — these Guidelines evolve based on what our community tells us.
In return, we ask every member to treat others with the same respect they expect for themselves.
2. Who can use the Platform
Membership is open to adults who:
- Are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their country of residence, if higher. See our Age Verification Policy.
- Are using the Platform in their own name and identity (not on behalf of someone else).
- Are not registered with the purpose of selling sexual services or recruiting others to do so.
- Have not been previously banned from the Platform.
If at any point a member ceases to meet these conditions, their account is suspended or terminated.
3. Be authentic
Authenticity is the foundation of a healthy community. Every member is responsible for ensuring that their profile and their interactions reflect who they really are.
3.1 Real identity
- Use your own photographs. Do not upload photographs of other people, models, celebrities, AI-generated likenesses passed off as you, or images you do not have the right to use.
- Do not impersonate another person, real or fictional.
- Do not maintain multiple accounts to deceive other users.
- Provide accurate information about your age, location and material circumstances.
3.2 Honest expectations
- Be honest about what you are looking for. Sugar dating means different things to different people; clarity protects everyone.
- Do not misrepresent your financial situation, relationship status, profession or intentions.
- Do not promise things you do not intend to deliver in order to obtain attention, content or money.
3.3 No catfishing
Building a false identity to deceive other members is one of the most serious breaches of these Guidelines and results in immediate and permanent termination of the account.
4. Be respectful
Respect is non-negotiable.
4.1 Communication
- Be polite and considerate in every interaction, even when you are not interested in someone.
- A polite “not interested” is always acceptable. Silence is also acceptable — no member is owed a response.
- Do not insult, demean, threaten or harass other members.
- Do not engage in racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist or otherwise discriminatory speech.
4.2 Consent and boundaries
- Consent is required, at every stage of every interaction, every time.
- Respect a “no”. A “no” does not require justification.
- Do not pressure other members for intimate content, meetings, or specific outcomes.
- Do not continue interactions once another member has indicated they do not wish to continue.
4.3 Privacy of fellow members
- Do not share screenshots, photographs or excerpts of private conversations outside the Platform.
- Do not share another member’s personal information (real name, address, employer, etc.) — known as “doxxing” — under any circumstances.
- Do not record video calls without the express consent of the other party.
5. What is not allowed
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform.
5.1 Conduct that endangers others
- Threats, intimidation or harassment of any kind.
- Hate speech against any group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any protected characteristic.
- Stalking or repeated unwanted contact after a clear “no”.
- Promotion of self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
- Encouragement of violence against individuals or groups.
5.2 Conduct prohibited by our Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy
- Offering or soliciting sexual services in exchange for money, including “PPM” (pay-per-meet), “rates”, “tributes” and equivalent coded language.
- Advertising escort services or redirecting users to escort sites.
- Any signal of human trafficking, exploitation or coercion.
- Any sexual or romantic interaction directed at, or involving, a minor.
See our Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy for the full set of prohibitions and our enforcement approach.
5.3 Fraud and deception
- Scams of any kind, including romance scams, advance-fee fraud, fake checks, fake “verification” fees, gift-card schemes and cryptocurrency scams.
- Asking other members for money before having met in person under any pretext.
- Phishing, fraudulent links, fake login pages or any attempt to obtain credentials.
- Impersonating Polaris Nexus LLC, our staff or our moderators.
5.4 Explicit and prohibited content
- Pornographic, hardcore or graphic sexual content in profile photos, descriptions, public posts or unsolicited private messages.
- Nudity of any minor under any circumstance.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”).
- Violent, gory or disturbing imagery.
- Content that infringes third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks and the right to one’s own image.
5.5 Platform abuse
- Spam, bulk messaging or unsolicited promotion of unrelated products or services.
- Automated activity, scraping, scripts or bots.
- Attempts to circumvent moderation, age verification, bans or geographic restrictions.
- Sharing of malware, malicious links or anything that could compromise other members’ devices or data.
- Multiple accounts for the same person, except where expressly authorized.
5.6 Conduct outside the Platform
While our enforcement is focused on activity within the Platform, conduct that takes place outside it may also have consequences here. For example:
- Threats or harassment of a member through other channels arising from contact made on the Platform.
- Off-platform fraud or coercion using identities created on the Platform.
- Publishing private conversations or images obtained through the Platform.
6. Profile standards
Your profile is the first impression you give to the rest of the community. We expect it to meet these standards:
6.1 Photographs
- All photographs must be of you, recent and recognizable.
- No fully nude photographs, no explicit content, no images that focus exclusively on intimate areas.
- No photographs of children, including your own, in any context.
- No photographs that reveal sensitive information about third parties (license plates, addresses, identity documents).
- No photographs taken from another person’s social media or from the internet without right of use.
6.2 Descriptions
- Honest information about your age, location, what you are looking for and what you are offering.
- No personal contact details visible (email, phone, social handles, other dating sites). Communication happens through the Platform, where moderation and safety tools apply.
- No price lists, “rates”, “menus” or equivalent transactional terms.
- No discriminatory language, no political extremism, no promotion of products or services.
6.3 Verification badges
We strongly encourage members to complete optional identity verification. A verification badge is a signal of trust for the rest of the community. See our Age Verification Policy for how it works.
7. Communication standards
7.1 Private messages
- Be respectful, even on the first message.
- No unsolicited explicit content. Even when there is mutual interest, the exchange of intimate content is at the discretion of both parties, and it can stop at any time.
- No requests for money or financial information.
- No links to external sites unrelated to the conversation.
- Private messages are encrypted in transit and at rest, but they are not anonymous: moderation may review messages flagged by reports or by automated systems.
7.2 Video calls
The Platform’s integrated video call function is a safety tool: it helps you verify that the person on the other side is real before meeting them in person. Use it.
- No nudity, no explicit content during video calls.
- No recording of video calls without the express consent of the other party.
- No use of pre-recorded videos to impersonate a live presence.
8. Forum standards
Our forums are a space for discussion, advice, experiences and questions. To keep them useful:
- Stay on topic for each section of the forum.
- No contact ads in the forum — that is what the social network is for.
- No erotic or pornographic content in forum posts.
- No spam, duplicate posts or bulk replies.
- No links to illegal content, pirated software, license keys or copyright-infringing material.
- Respect the moderators. Disagreements about moderation should be raised privately by message to the moderator or, if there is no response, to info@polarisnexus.com.
Moderators decide on the admissibility of posts. Repeated rule-breaking results in warnings, temporary bans or permanent expulsion, depending on severity.
9. How we moderate
We moderate the Platform using a combination of:
- Automated tools that scan for explicit content, escort-service language, scam patterns, hate speech and other prohibited material.
- User reports through the Report button available on every profile, message and post.
- Trust & Safety team review for all confirmed flags and reports.
- Ongoing audits of accounts that have been flagged in the past or that show suspicious patterns.
Most decisions are made or confirmed by a human reviewer. Where the violation is severe (CSAM, trafficking signals, explicit fraud), automated action may be immediate and irreversible.
10. Consequences
Depending on the severity, history and context of a violation, consequences may include:
- Warning with explanation of the rule broken.
- Content removal: photo, message, profile field or post.
- Temporary suspension of features (for example, messaging) or of the account.
- Permanent termination of the account, with no refund of the remaining subscription period.
- Forfeiture of the right to re-register on the Platform.
- Reporting to law enforcement and to specialized organizations in cases involving criminal conduct, particularly trafficking, exploitation, CSAM or fraud.
Severity is judged on a case-by-case basis, with the following principles:
- Zero tolerance for trafficking, exploitation, CSAM, doxxing, non-consensual imagery and serious fraud → immediate permanent termination.
- Strict response to harassment, hate speech, escort-service activity → suspension or termination.
- Graduated response for lesser breaches → warning, then suspension, then termination on repetition.
Refunds in connection with terminations follow our Refund Policy.
11. How to report
Reports are the most important tool the community has to protect itself. If you see anything that breaks these Guidelines, report it.
- In-platform Report button — available on every profile, message and forum post. Select the reason that best matches the situation.
- Email — info@polarisnexus.com with the subject line “Trust & Safety report”.
- Urgent reports — subject line “URGENT — Trust & Safety report” for situations involving a suspected minor, suspected trafficking, threats or risk to physical safety.
We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours for urgent matters and within 2 business days for the rest. Reports are confidential — we do not reveal the identity of the reporter.
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
12. Appeals
If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe the decision was wrong, you can appeal.
- Wyślij e-mail do info@polarisnexus.com with the subject line “Appeal” within 30 days of the decision.
- Include your username, the email associated with the account, and a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect.
- Provide any evidence you consider relevant.
We will review the appeal and respond within 10 business days. Decisions on appeal are final.
Decisions made for violations involving trafficking, exploitation, CSAM or serious fraud are not subject to appeal.
13. Changes to these Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in law, the evolution of the Platform, or what we learn from our community. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version. Material changes will be communicated through our usual channels with reasonable notice.
