Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy

Anti-Trafficking and No-Escort Policy

Last updated: [PUBLICATION DATE]

Polaris Nexus LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”), operator of the website sugardaddyplanet.com (“the Platform”), is committed to the highest standards in the prevention of human trafficking, sexual exploitation and the misuse of online platforms to facilitate prostitution or escort services.

This Policy explains:

  • What the Platform is, and what it is not.
  • What conduct is strictly prohibited.
  • How we prevent, detect and respond to violations.
  • How users can report concerns.
  • How we cooperate with law enforcement and specialized organizations.

This Policy should be read together with our Podmienky používania, Community Guidelines, Age Verification Policy a Trust & Safety Center.

1. What Sugar Daddy Planet is — and what it is not

Sugar Daddy Planet is a private social network for adults who are interested in mutually agreed companionship and dating within the sugar lifestyle. Its purpose is to enable adults to meet, communicate and decide for themselves whether to pursue a personal relationship.

Sugar Daddy Planet is not:

  • An escort service or escort agency.
  • A platform for the sale or purchase of sexual services.
  • A platform for the exchange of money, gifts or any consideration in return for specific sexual acts.
  • An intermediary or broker of any commercial sexual transaction.
  • A marketplace for sexual content of any kind.

Any use of the Platform for any of the above purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent account termination, retention of evidence and, where appropriate, reporting to the competent authorities.

2. Zero tolerance for human trafficking and exploitation

We have zero tolerance for:

  • Human trafficking, including sex trafficking and labor trafficking.
  • The sexual exploitation of minors in any form (we operate with strict 18+ age requirements; see our Age Verification Policy).
  • Forced prostitution, coercion or any form of involuntary servitude.
  • The grooming, manipulation, deception or coercion of any person for sexual or exploitative purposes.
  • The recruitment of victims of trafficking through the Platform.

Any user who participates in, facilitates, encourages or attempts any of the above will be immediately and permanently banned, with retention of evidence and reporting to law enforcement.

3. Prohibited conduct on the Platform

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

3.1 Solicitation or offering of sexual services in exchange for money

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Setting a price for sexual acts or for any specific physical encounter.
  • Negotiating monetary or in-kind compensation tied to specific sexual acts.
  • Offering, requesting or arranging “pay-per-meet”, “PPM” or similar transactional arrangements where money is conditioned on a sexual outcome.
  • Posting rates, price lists or “menus” of any kind.
  • Using language commonly associated with escort services (for example: “rates”, “donations”, “tribute for time”, “rose” or coded equivalents).

The distinction is clear: sugar dating is about consensual, personal relationships between adults; it is not the sale of sex. Generosity within a personal relationship is a private matter between the persons involved; transactional sexual services are not permitted on this Platform.

3.2 Advertising of escort or commercial sexual services

  • Posting contact details to redirect users to escort sites, paid sexual content sites or any commercial sexual service.
  • Promoting third-party services that engage in or facilitate the sale of sexual acts.

3.3 Sharing of explicit sexual content

  • Uploading or distributing pornographic images or videos through profile photos, chat or any other Platform feature.
  • Soliciting explicit sexual content from other users.

3.4 Trafficking-related conduct

  • Profiles or messages that suggest a third party is offering or “managing” the user.
  • Indicators that a user is being controlled, coached or forced to interact on the Platform.
  • Any attempt to recruit, transport, harbor or otherwise traffic another person, including across borders.

3.5 Conduct involving minors

  • Any sexual or romantic interaction directed at, or involving, a minor.
  • Any attempt by an adult to identify, contact or groom a minor.
  • Sharing or requesting sexual content involving minors (CSAM), which is unlawful in every jurisdiction and is reported immediately to the relevant authorities.

3.6 Money laundering and financial abuse

  • Use of the Platform to launder money, move illicit funds or facilitate fraud.
  • Coercion of another user into transferring money, granting access to accounts or providing financial information.

4. How we prevent and detect violations

We deploy multiple layers of prevention and detection:

4.1 At registration

  • Age verification — see our Age Verification Policy.
  • Identity signals — phone, email and device signals are checked for known patterns of fraud and abuse.
  • Acceptance of policies — every new user must accept our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and this Policy as a condition of registration.

4.2 Automated monitoring

  • Content scanning — profile descriptions, photographs, forum posts and private messages are scanned by automated tools that look for prohibited language patterns (including coded language commonly used by escort services), explicit imagery, suspicious price-like terms and trafficking-related indicators.
  • Behavioral analysis — patterns such as bulk messaging, sudden geographic changes, payment anomalies or coordinated account activity are flagged for review.
  • Image analysis — photographs are analyzed for explicit content and compared against databases of known abusive content where applicable.

4.3 Human review

Automated flags are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team before any final decision is made. Where a violation is confirmed, action is taken in accordance with this Policy.

4.4 User reports

Every user can report a profile, message or piece of content with the Report button available throughout the Platform. Reports are reviewed manually and prioritized by severity. See Section 6 for details.

4.5 Ongoing review

Suspended or terminated accounts are not permitted to return. We retain signals (device, IP, payment, identity) within applicable legal limits to prevent the reopening of banned accounts.

5. Consequences of violation

Confirmed violations of this Policy result in:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of the account, with no refund (see Refund Policy, Section 3.2).
  • Retention of evidence for the period required by law or by competent authorities.
  • Reporting to law enforcement where the conduct constitutes a criminal offense.
  • Reporting to specialized organizations in the case of trafficking, exploitation or content involving minors.
  • Civil action to seek damages or injunctive relief where appropriate.

We do not negotiate restoration of accounts terminated for violations of this Policy.

6. How to report a concern

If you encounter conduct that may violate this Policy, please report it immediately. Every report helps protect other users.

6.1 In-platform reporting

Use the Report button visible on every profile, message and forum post. Select the reason that best matches the situation:

  • Solicitation of sexual services in exchange for money
  • Suspected trafficking or exploitation
  • Suspected minor on the Platform
  • Fraud or scam
  • Harassment or threats
  • Other (with free-text explanation)

The more detail you provide, the faster we can act.
