Sugar Daddy Planet is a private social network for adults who want to meet, connect and build genuine sugar-dating relationships based on honesty, respect and clear expectations. These Community Guidelines explain how we expect every member to behave on the Platform, what is not allowed, and what happens when someone crosses the line.

By creating an account and using sugardaddyplanet.com (“the Platform”), you agree to follow these Guidelines. They apply everywhere on the Platform — your profile, your photos, your private messages, your activity in any public area, and any contact you initiate with other members.

These Guidelines should be read together with our Notkunarsérsteféa, Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy, Age Verification Policy, Persónuverndarsteféa and our Trust & Safety Center. Where these Guidelines and any of those policies overlap, the stricter rule applies.

1. The spirit of our community

We want Sugar Daddy Planet to be a place where adults can be upfront about what they are looking for and treat each other with dignity. Whatever your role on the Platform, we ask you to live up to a few core values:

Be honest. Represent yourself truthfully — your photos, your age, your intentions and your situation.
Be respectful. Treat every member as a person, even when you are not a match. A “no” is a complete answer.
Respect consent. Consent is required for every interaction, every photo and every meeting. It can be withdrawn at any time.
Protect privacy — yours and others’. Be discreet, and never expose someone else.
Keep it safe and legal. Nothing on this Platform should put another person, or you, at risk.

Most members already live by these values. These Guidelines exist for the small minority who do not.

2. You must be an adult (18+)

Sugar Daddy Planet is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the age of majority in your country is higher.

Creating an account if you are a minor is prohibited.
Lying about your age, or helping anyone under 18 access the Platform, is prohibited.
Any attempt to interact with, contact, solicit or groom a minor results in immediate permanent removal and is reported to the relevant authorities.

We verify age and identity signals at registration and on an ongoing basis. See our Age Verification Policy for details. Any content that sexualizes minors (CSAM) is unlawful everywhere and is reported immediately to the competent authorities, including NCMEC where applicable.

3. Be authentic — real people, real profiles

Trust is the foundation of this community. Your profile must be a genuine representation of you.

The following are not allowed:

Using photos that are not of you, including stolen, stock, celebrity or AI-generated images.
Impersonating another person, a brand or a public figure.
Creating fake or misleading profiles, or misrepresenting your identity, age, gender, location or relationship status.
Operating profiles on behalf of someone else, or running a profile that is managed or “coached” by a third party.
Catfishing or any deception intended to manipulate other members emotionally or financially.

One person, one account. Automated accounts, bots, scrapers and mass-created profiles are prohibited.

4. What sugar dating is here — and what is not allowed

Sugar Daddy Planet is for consensual, personal relationships and companionship between adults. Generosity and lifestyle support within a real relationship are private matters between the people involved.

The Platform is not an escort service, a marketplace for sexual services, or a place to buy or sell sex. The following are strictly prohibited:

Offering, requesting or arranging sexual acts in exchange for money or other consideration.
Posting rates, price lists, “menus”, or “pay-per-meet” / “PPM” arrangements conditioned on a sexual outcome.
Using coded escort language (for example “rates”, “donations”, “tribute for time”, “roses” or equivalents) to disguise the sale of sex.
Advertising or redirecting members to escort sites, paid sexual-content sites or any commercial sexual service.

This is the line between sugar dating and conduct we do not allow. For the full rules, see our Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy. We have zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion and any indication that a member is being controlled or forced to interact.

5. Respect in every conversation

How you communicate matters as much as what you are looking for.

Do not:

Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk or repeatedly contact someone after they have declined or stopped responding.
Use hate speech or attack anyone based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic.
Send sexual messages or content to someone who has not consented to receive them.
Pressure, guilt-trip or manipulate another member into doing anything — meeting, sending photos, sending money — they are not comfortable with.

Flirting is welcome; coercion, abuse and unsolicited explicit content are not.

6. Photos and content standards

Keep profile photos and shared content appropriate and lawful.

Prohibited content includes:

Pornographic or sexually explicit images and videos, anywhere on the Platform.
Nudity in profile photos, and any explicit content sent without the recipient’s clear consent.
Photos of other people shared without their permission, including intimate images.
Graphic violence, gore, content that promotes self-harm, or anything depicting the abuse of any person.
Any content involving a minor.

You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the right to use it. See Section 11 on intellectual property.

7. Privacy and discretion

Discretion is part of what makes this community work. Protect it.

Do not publish or share another member’s private information — real name, address, workplace, phone number, social profiles or financial details — without their consent (no doxxing).
Do not screenshot, record, repost or leak another member’s photos, messages or identity, on or off the Platform.
Do not threaten to expose someone (“outing”, blackmail or sextortion). This is one of the most serious violations and is treated as such, including referral to law enforcement.

You control what you show and who sees it. Please give other members the same respect.

8. No scams, fraud or financial abuse

Financial exploitation in any direction is strictly prohibited.

The following are not allowed:

Requesting or accepting payments, gift cards, crypto or banking access under false pretenses.
Advance-fee or “verification fee” scams, fake emergencies, or any pressure tactic to extract money.
Using the Platform to launder money, move illicit funds or facilitate any financial crime.
Soliciting investment, sharing financial account credentials, or coercing anyone into a financial decision.
Phishing, malware, fraudulent links or any attempt to compromise another member’s account or device.

Never send money or financial information to someone you have not met and do not trust. If anyone pressures you for money, stop and report it. See our Lægt stefnumót guidance.

9. Meeting safely

We encourage members to keep communication on the Platform until trust is established. When you decide to meet in person:

Meet in a public place the first few times and tell someone you trust where you will be.
Never feel obligated to do anything you have not agreed to. Consent applies to every meeting, every time.
Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave.

10. Other prohibited activity

To keep the community clean and lawful, the following are also prohibited:

Promoting or facilitating any illegal activity, including illegal drugs, weapons or stolen goods.
Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, advertising, and promotion of unrelated products, services or other platforms.
Redirecting members off-platform for commercial purposes, or recruiting them into other services.
Attempting to bypass our security, verification or moderation systems, or evading a ban with a new account.
Scraping, harvesting or automated collection of member data or content.

11. Respect intellectual property and others’ rights

Only upload content you own or have the right to use. Do not post copyrighted images, text or media that belong to someone else without permission. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, please follow our DMCA steféa.

12. Reporting and blocking

If you see something that breaks these Guidelines, help us act on it.

Use the Report button available on every profile, message and piece of content. Choose the reason that best fits and add detail — the more we have, the faster we can respond.
Use the Block feature to stop any member from contacting or seeing you at any time.
For urgent or sensitive concerns (suspected trafficking, a suspected minor, threats or blackmail), email info@polarisnexus.com with the subject line “URGENT — Trust & Safety report”, or use our contact form.

Reports are confidential. We do not reveal the identity of a reporter to the member they reported. We aim to acknowledge urgent reports within 24 hours. If you are ever in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

13. How we enforce these Guidelines

Our Trust & Safety team reviews reports and uses a combination of automated detection and human review. Depending on the severity, frequency and intent of a violation, we may:

Issue a warning.
Remove the offending content or restrict certain features.
Temporarily suspend the account.
Permanently terminate the account, with no refund (see Endurgreiðslusteféa, Section 3.2).
Retain evidence and report the conduct to law enforcement and specialized organizations where required.

Serious violations — anything involving minors, trafficking, exploitation, coercion, threats, blackmail or fraud — result in immediate and permanent removal without prior warning. Banned members are not permitted to return, and we retain limited signals (device, IP, payment and identity) within legal limits to prevent the reopening of banned accounts. 14. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may appeal by contacting info@sugardaddyplanet.com or using our contact form. Include your username and an explanation. We review appeals fairly, but we do not negotiate the restoration of accounts terminated for violations involving minors, trafficking, exploitation or other serious criminal conduct.

15. Changes to these Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines to reflect changes in our community, our technology or the law. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the version in force. Material changes will be communicated through our usual channels with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Guidelines.
