Age Verification Policy

Polaris Nexus LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”), operator of the website sugardaddyplanet.com (“the Platform”), is firmly committed to ensuring that only adults access the Platform. This Age Verification Policy explains how we verify the age of our users, why we do it, what data is involved, and what happens if a minor is detected.

This Policy should be read together with our Podmínky použití, Zásady ochrany osobních údajů, Community Guidelines, Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy and Trust & Safety Center.

1. Minimum age

To register, access or use the Platform, you must be:

At least 18 years old, or
The age of legal majority in your country of residence, if higher than 18.

There are no exceptions. The Platform is strictly for adults.

Accounts found to belong to a minor are deleted immediately and permanently, with retention of relevant evidence and, where applicable, reporting to the competent authorities.

2. Why age verification matters

Age verification is essential to:

Protect minors from content and interactions that are not appropriate for them.
Comply with the law in every jurisdiction where the Platform is available, including jurisdictions that require “highly effective” age assurance for adult-oriented platforms.
Protect adult users from being exposed to interactions or content involving minors.
Enable our Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy — the protection of minors is one of its core objectives.

A strong age verification process is non-negotiable, both as an ethical commitment and as a legal obligation.

3. How we verify your age

Age verification on the Platform is performed in multiple layers, combining declarations, automated signals and, where required, third-party verification using official documents.

3.1 Age declaration at registration

At sign-up, every user is required to:

Enter their date of birth.
Explicitly confirm that they are at least 18 years old (or older if required by their country of residence).

Providing false information about age constitutes a breach of our Terms of Use and may also constitute a criminal offense in many jurisdictions.

3.2 Behavioral and signal-based checks

We use automated tools to identify signals consistent with the use of the Platform by a minor, including:

Inconsistencies in declared age across different parts of the profile.
Photographs in which a user clearly appears to be under 18.
Language patterns or content cues suggesting the user is a minor.
Reports from other users.
Device, IP and payment signals associated with minors.

When any such signal is detected, the account is suspended pending additional verification or terminated outright if the indicators are conclusive.

3.3 Document-based identity verification

In the following cases, we require identity verification using an official document issued by a recognized authority:

Users from jurisdictions whose law requires “highly effective” age assurance for adult-oriented platforms (including, where applicable, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and other EU/EEA countries with similar requirements).
Accounts flagged by our behavioral or signal-based checks.
Accounts that have been reported by other users for age-related concerns.
Users seeking to be displayed with a “verified” badge.
Any other case where, in our reasonable judgment, additional assurance is needed.

Document-based verification is performed through a specialized third-party provider, which compares the submitted document with a live selfie to confirm the document belongs to the person submitting it. The provider operates under a data processing agreement and applies independent security and privacy standards.

Documents accepted include: passport, national identity card and driver’s license. Documents that have expired or that show signs of tampering are rejected.

3.4 Continuous review

Verification is not a one-time event. Accounts are continuously re-evaluated:

New reports trigger a re-review.
Major profile changes (such as a change of date of birth or country) trigger re-verification.
Random sampling is performed to maintain quality and prevent abuse.

4. Data collected and how it is used

Verification involves the processing of the following personal data, depending on the path:

This data is processed:

For the purpose of verifying age and, where applicable, identity.
Under the legal bases of legal obligation, legitimate interest in protecting minors and the integrity of the Platform, and, where applicable, explicit consent for special category data.
According to the retention periods described in our Zásady ochrany osobních údajů, Section 8 (verification data: duration of the account plus 2 years).

We do not use facial recognition for ongoing tracking or any biometric profiling beyond the strict purpose of one-time age and identity verification. Once a verification is complete, biometric data is deleted or returned to the verification provider per its retention policy, and only the result of the verification is retained in our systems.

5. What happens if a minor is detected

If we identify or have reasonable grounds to believe that an account belongs to a minor, we take the following actions:

Immediate suspension of the account.
Notification to the registered email with the reason and an opportunity to provide age verification, where appropriate (for example, when the indicator is ambiguous).
Permanent deletion of the account if the suspicion is confirmed or if no satisfactory verification is provided within a reasonable timeframe.
Deletion of personal data of the minor, retaining only what is strictly necessary to evidence compliance, in accordance with our Zásady ochrany osobních údajů.
Investigation of related activity — including any adult users who may have interacted with the minor.
Reporting to authorities in accordance with our Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy and applicable law, including:
- NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) in cases involving child sexual abuse material, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- National law enforcement in the jurisdictions involved.
Permanent block of associated signals (IP, device, payment) to prevent re-registration.

6. Adults who interact with minors

The Platform applies zero tolerance to any adult user who:

Seeks to identify, contact, groom or interact with a minor in a sexual or romantic manner.
Continues a conversation after a reasonable indication that the other party is a minor, without ending the interaction and reporting it.
Solicits or shares content involving minors.

Confirmed cases result in:

Immediate and permanent termination of the adult account.
Forfeiture of any unused subscription period (see Refund Policy, Section 3.2).
Preservation of evidence and reporting to law enforcement and NCMEC where applicable.

7. Reporting suspicions of a minor

If you suspect that a user on the Platform may be a minor, please report it immediately. The earliest report is the most effective intervention.

You can report:

Using the Report button on the relevant profile or message, selecting “Suspected minor on the Platform.”
By email to info@polarisnexus.com with the subject line “URGENT — Suspected minor”.

We aim to acknowledge and act on such reports within 24 hours.

Reports are treated confidentially. The identity of the person reporting is not disclosed to the reported user.

8. Cooperation with regulatory frameworks on age assurance

This Policy is designed to support compliance with, among others:

United Kingdom — the Online Safety Act 2023 and Ofcom’s guidance on highly effective age assurance for services likely to be accessed by children or providing adult-oriented content.
Francie — the framework supervised by ARCOM on age verification for online services with adult content.
Německo — the protection-of-minors framework under the Jugendmedienschutz-Staatsvertrag (JMStV) and the guidance of the Kommission für Jugendmedienschutz (KJM).
Španělsko — the framework for age verification systems published by the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
European Union — the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), where applicable, and the obligation to protect minors online.
United States — applicable state laws on age verification for adult-oriented online services.

Where local law requires a specific verification method, we apply that method to users in the relevant jurisdiction. As legal frameworks evolve, this Policy and our verification processes are reviewed and updated accordingly.

9. Limitations and good faith

No age verification system is perfect. We commit to:

Applying the best technical and organizational measures reasonably available at any given time.
Continuously improving our verification flows as technology and regulatory expectations evolve.
Acting in good faith on all reports and signals.

The Platform is for adults. Anyone who attempts to circumvent age verification — for example, by submitting forged documents, by registering on behalf of a minor or by knowingly facilitating a minor’s access — commits a serious breach of our Terms of Use and may also commit a criminal offense.

10. Parents, guardians and educators

If you are a parent or guardian and you suspect that a minor in your care may have created an account on the Platform, please contact us immediately at info@polarisnexus.com with the subject line “Parental request — minor on the Platform”.

We will:

Investigate without delay.
Suspend or delete any account belonging to a minor.
Delete personal data of the minor in accordance with our Zásady ochrany osobních údajů.
Provide reasonable cooperation, within the limits of applicable law and the privacy rights of other users.

Educators, child protection professionals and organizations with concerns about a specific account are welcome to use the same channel.

11. Transparency and accountability

We maintain internal records of:

Verification attempts and outcomes (success, failure, manual review).
Reports of suspected minors and resulting actions.
Re-verifications triggered by signals or reports.

These records support regulatory inquiries, audits and our internal continuous-improvement processes, in line with our Zásady ochrany osobních údajů and applicable law.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Age Verification Policy to reflect changes in law, technology or our verification practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy indicates the version in force. Material changes will be communicated through our usual channels with reasonable notice.
