This Policy describes the cases in which a refund is granted, the cases in which it is not, and how to request one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Right of withdrawal \u2014 14-day cooling-off period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> of the date on which the contract is entered into, without giving any reason and without any penalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 When the cooling-off period does not apply<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does <strong>not<\/strong> apply once the digital service has been fully performed, provided that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have given your <strong>express prior consent<\/strong> for the service to begin immediately, before the 14-day period expires; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have <strong>acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal<\/strong> once the service has been fully performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Both of these statements are presented and confirmed at checkout before payment is completed. If you do not give this consent, the service does not begin until the 14-day period has ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 Partial use during the cooling-off period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you exercise your right of withdrawal <strong>after the service has begun<\/strong> but <strong>before the 14-day period has expired<\/strong>, you are entitled to a refund proportional to the time elapsed: you will be refunded the amount paid minus the value of the portion of the service already provided up to the date of your withdrawal request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.3 How to exercise your right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, send a clear statement to <strong>info@polarisnexus.com<\/strong> with the subject line <strong>&#8220;Withdrawal request&#8221;<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your username and the email address associated with your account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The date of purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The plan purchased<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also use the standard withdrawal form annexed to Directive 2011\/83\/EU. We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refunds outside the cooling-off period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the 14-day cooling-off period has ended (or once the service has been fully performed with your prior consent), refunds are handled as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Cases in which we will issue a refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We will issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Duplicate charges<\/strong> \u2014 if you were charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical failure on our side<\/strong> \u2014 if a payment was processed but your subscription was not activated, we will either activate the subscription or issue a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unauthorized payment<\/strong> \u2014 if a payment was made without your authorization (for example, by a family member without permission), we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund. You may be asked to provide reasonable proof.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Account permanently banned by us for reasons not attributable to you<\/strong> \u2014 if we close your account in error, we will refund the unused portion of the current subscription period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service unavailability<\/strong> \u2014 if the Platform is unavailable for an extended and continuous period due to causes attributable to us, we may issue a partial refund or extend your subscription, at our discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Cases in which we do not issue a refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not issue refunds in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Change of mind after the cooling-off period has expired<\/strong> and the service has been actively used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Failure to use the Platform<\/strong> during a subscription period that was correctly activated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dissatisfaction with the interactions or outcomes of using the Platform<\/strong> \u2014 Polaris Nexus LLC provides access to the Platform and its features; it does not guarantee any specific outcome of interactions between users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Account suspension or termination caused by a breach of our <a href=\"https:\/\/sugardaddyplanet.com\/ro\/terms-of-use\/\">Termeni de utilizare<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/sugardaddyplanet.com\/ro\/community-guidelines\/\">Community Guidelines<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 including but not limited to fraud, impersonation, harassment, offering or soliciting escort services, attempts to circumvent age verification, or any conduct that infringes our <a href=\"https:\/\/sugardaddyplanet.com\/ro\/anti-trafficking-no-escort-policy\/\">Anti-Trafficking &amp; No-Escort Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Auto-renewal payments that were not cancelled in time<\/strong> \u2014 auto-renewal can be turned off at any time before the next billing date through your account settings (see our <a href=\"https:\/\/sugardaddyplanet.com\/ro\/cancellation-policy\/\">Cancellation Policy<\/a>). Once a renewal payment has been processed, it follows the rules in this Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promotional or discounted purchases<\/strong>, unless the promotion expressly indicates otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Auto-renewal and refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Subscriptions on the Platform are renewed automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance. Refunds for permanently closed accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you decide to permanently close your account before the end of a paid subscription period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You retain access to the paid features until the end of the current period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining time of the current period is <strong>not refunded<\/strong>, except where required by the cooling-off rules in Section 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If we close your account for reasons not attributable to you, see Section 3.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. How to request a refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To request a refund, send an email to <strong>info@polarisnexus.com<\/strong> with the subject line <strong>&#8220;Refund request&#8221;<\/strong> and include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The username and email address associated with your account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The date and amount of the payment for which you are requesting a refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reason for the request, with any supporting information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The original payment method used<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also contact us through our <a href=\"https:\/\/sugardaddyplanet.com\/ro\/contact\/\">contact form<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Response time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We aim to acknowledge refund requests within <strong>2 business days<\/strong> and to resolve them within <strong>10 business days<\/strong> of receipt. Currency and taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All purchases on the Platform are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.
