How to Propose Your Article (Pitch Submission)

Include (mandatory):

• Topic and provisional title.
• Summary.
• Target audience and reader benefit.
• If writing for a media outlet/company: name, URL, role, and purpose (e.g., awareness, not linkbuilding).
• Exclusivity: confirm if it is original and not published elsewhere.
• Preliminary sources, if applicable.
• Author bio (50–80 words).
• Declaration of conflicts of interest, sponsorships, or affiliations (if any).
• Estimated delivery date and proposed length.

Response: we acknowledge receipt within 3–5 working days and confirm acceptance, adjustments, or rejection.

Writing Guidelines

• Indicative length: 1,000–1,600 words (flexible if the subject requires).
• Tone: realistic, clear, without sensationalism or promises. Correct UK English, careful spelling.
• Structure: H2/H3 headings, short paragraphs, lists, and examples. Add an initial summary and a useful conclusion.
• Links: up to 2–3 external, high-quality, non-commercial links; link to blog articles where relevant.
• Images: your own or with valid licence; include credits and alt text. Approx. format: 1200×675 px.
• Sources and data: link to reliable studies/regulations; include date.
• Vie privée: anonymised cases; never publish personally identifiable information.
• Prohibited content: explicit sexual content, promotion of sexual services, hate, scams, spam, “guaranteed results”, linkbuilding.
• You may use tools (including AI) for ideation/structuring, but the final text must be original and reviewed by you. We reserve the right to verify and edit.

Link and Authorship Policy

• Author bio: 1 link (portfolio or professional network).
• In the body of the article, relevant and non-promotional links; we reserve the right to apply rel=”nofollow” where appropriate.
• We do not accept articles whose main purpose is linkbuilding.

Editorial Process

1. Pitch review and focus adjustment.
2. Submission of draft (Google Docs / Markdown / simple HTML).
3. Editing: style, legal, and clarity (we may request changes).
4. Final approval, publication date, and distribution.
5. Later updates/corrections according to our Corrections Policy.

Rights and Licence

• Content must be original.
• Recommended temporary exclusivity: 90 days from publication (do not republish in full on other websites during this period; excerpts with a link to the original are allowed).
• You grant us a licence for publication, editing, and redistribution on our channels, with attribution to the author.

Compensation

Choose and adapt one of these options according to your internal policy:

• Option A (common in guest posts): no payment; we offer a bio with a link and distribution.
• Option B: payment to be agreed depending on subject and quality (requires prior written agreement).

Data Processing

We will use your information only to manage the collaboration.
