It should be read together with our Terms of Use<\/a>, Refund Policy<\/a> and Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our goal is to make cancellation as easy as signing up<\/strong>. You can cancel at any time, in just a few clicks, directly from your account. We do not require you to call, send an email, or speak to anyone to cancel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on sugardaddyplanet.com, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Polaris Nexus LLC operates the Platform and is responsible for processing cancellations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason or for no reason. There is no minimum commitment period and no cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When you cancel, you stop the automatic renewal<\/strong> of your subscription. You keep access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period<\/strong>. You will not be charged again, unless you reactivate the subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can cancel your subscription directly from your account, in three steps<\/strong>, without contacting customer support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n That’s it. You will receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account. No phone call, no email, no forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the rare event that the cancellation button is not working or you cannot access your account, contact us at info@polarisnexus.com<\/strong> with the subject line “Cancel my subscription”<\/strong> and include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n We will process the cancellation within 2 business days<\/strong> and send you a confirmation. The cancellation will take effect from the date of your request, regardless of when we process it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You may also contact us through our contact form<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When you cancel your subscription:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cancelling your subscription is not the same as closing your account<\/strong>. To delete your account permanently, see Section 7 below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, generate a refund of the current period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Whether a refund applies depends on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you believe you are entitled to a refund in addition to cancellation, please request it expressly as described in our Refund Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your previous profile, messages and connections remain intact. Reactivation begins a new billing cycle from the date of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you want to permanently delete your account in addition to cancelling your subscription, you can do so from Account Settings<\/strong> \u2192 Close Account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Closing your account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Important:<\/strong> closing your account before the end of a paid period does not<\/strong> entitle you to a refund of the remaining period, except in the cases described in our Refund Policy<\/a>. If you want to keep using the paid features you have already paid for, cancel the auto-renewal first (Section 3) and close your account only after the period ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you ever change your mind, you can request reactivation of a closed account by writing to info@polarisnexus.com within 30 days<\/strong> of closure, after which your account data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription and access to the Platform if you breach our Terms of Use<\/a>, Community Guidelines<\/a> or Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy<\/a>, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Refunds in these cases are governed by Section 3.2 of our Refund Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We also reserve the right to discontinue the Platform or any of its features.
