Our community promise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe sugar dating, when it is honest, respectful and consensual, is a legitimate form of dating between adults. That belief carries an obligation: we work hard to keep the Platform free from people who do not share these values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our promise to every member is simple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We do everything we can to keep the Platform <strong>free of fake profiles, scammers, escorts, predators and minors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We <strong>treat reports seriously<\/strong> and we act on confirmed violations without negotiation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We <strong>respect your privacy<\/strong> and never reveal the identity of a person who reports another.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We <strong>listen<\/strong> \u2014 these Guidelines evolve based on what our community tells us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In return, we ask every member to treat others with the same respect they expect for themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Who can use the Platform<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Membership is open to adults who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Are <strong>at least 18 years old<\/strong>, or the age of legal majority in their country of residence, if higher. See our <a href=\"https:\/\/sugardaddyplanet.com\/et\/age-verification-policy\/\">Age Verification Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are using the Platform <strong>in their own name<\/strong> and identity (not on behalf of someone else).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are not registered with the purpose of selling sexual services or recruiting others to do so.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have not been previously banned from the Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If at any point a member ceases to meet these conditions, their account is suspended or terminated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Be authentic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Authenticity is the foundation of a healthy community. Every member is responsible for ensuring that their profile and their interactions reflect who they really are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Real identity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use your <strong>own photographs<\/strong>. Do not upload photographs of other people, models, celebrities, AI-generated likenesses passed off as you, or images you do not have the right to use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not <strong>impersonate<\/strong> another person, real or fictional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not <strong>maintain multiple accounts<\/strong> to deceive other users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide <strong>accurate information<\/strong> about your age, location and material circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Honest expectations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be honest about what you are looking for. Sugar dating means different things to different people; clarity protects everyone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not misrepresent your financial situation, relationship status, profession or intentions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not promise things you do not intend to deliver in order to obtain attention, content or money.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 No catfishing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Building a false identity to deceive other members is one of the most serious breaches of these Guidelines and results in <strong>immediate and permanent termination<\/strong> of the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Be respectful<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Respect is non-negotiable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1 Communication<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be polite and considerate in every interaction, even when you are not interested in someone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A polite &#8220;not interested&#8221; is always acceptable. <strong>Silence is also acceptable<\/strong> \u2014 no member is owed a response.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not insult, demean, threaten or harass other members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not engage in racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist or otherwise discriminatory speech.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2 Consent and boundaries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Consent is required<\/strong>, at every stage of every interaction, every time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect a &#8220;no&#8221;. A &#8220;no&#8221; does not require justification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not pressure other members for intimate content, meetings, or specific outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not continue interactions once another member has indicated they do not wish to continue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.3 Privacy of fellow members<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not share screenshots, photographs or excerpts of private conversations outside the Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not share another member&#8217;s personal information (real name, address, employer, etc.) \u2014 known as &#8220;doxxing&#8221; \u2014 under any circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not record video calls without the express consent of the other party.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. What is not allowed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.1 Conduct that endangers others<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Threats, intimidation or harassment<\/strong> of any kind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hate speech<\/strong> against any group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any protected characteristic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stalking<\/strong> or repeated unwanted contact after a clear &#8220;no&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promotion of self-harm<\/strong>, suicide or eating disorders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Encouragement of violence<\/strong> against individuals or groups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.2 Conduct prohibited by our Anti-Trafficking &amp; No-Escort Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offering or soliciting <strong>sexual services in exchange for money<\/strong>, including &#8220;PPM&#8221; (pay-per-meet), &#8220;rates&#8221;, &#8220;tributes&#8221; and equivalent coded language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advertising escort services or redirecting users to escort sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any signal of <strong>human trafficking<\/strong>, exploitation or coercion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any sexual or romantic interaction directed at, or involving, a <strong>minor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>See our <a href=\"https:\/\/sugardaddyplanet.com\/et\/anti-trafficking-no-escort-policy\/\">Anti-Trafficking &amp; No-Escort Policy<\/a> for the full set of prohibitions and our enforcement approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.3 Fraud and deception<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Scams of any kind<\/strong>, including romance scams, advance-fee fraud, fake checks, fake &#8220;verification&#8221; fees, gift-card schemes and cryptocurrency scams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Asking other members for money<\/strong> before having met in person under any pretext.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Phishing<\/strong>, fraudulent links, fake login pages or any attempt to obtain credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Impersonating Polaris Nexus LLC<\/strong>, our staff or our moderators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.4 Explicit and prohibited content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pornographic, hardcore or graphic sexual content<\/strong> in profile photos, descriptions, public posts or unsolicited private messages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nudity<\/strong> of any minor under any circumstance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Non-consensual intimate imagery<\/strong> (&#8220;revenge porn&#8221;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Violent, gory or disturbing<\/strong> imagery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Content that infringes third-party rights<\/strong>, including copyright, trademarks and the right to one&#8217;s own image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.5 Platform abuse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Spam, bulk messaging or unsolicited promotion<\/strong> of unrelated products or services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automated activity<\/strong>, scraping, scripts or bots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Attempts to circumvent moderation<\/strong>, age verification, bans or geographic restrictions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sharing of malware<\/strong>, malicious links or anything that could compromise other members&#8217; devices or data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Multiple accounts<\/strong> for the same person, except where expressly authorized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.6 Conduct outside the Platform<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While our enforcement is focused on activity within the Platform, conduct that takes place outside it may also have consequences here. For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Threats or harassment of a member through other channels arising from contact made on the Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Off-platform fraud or coercion using identities created on the Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publishing private conversations or images obtained through the Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Profile standards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your profile is the first impression you give to the rest of the community. We expect it to meet these standards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1 Photographs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All photographs must be <strong>of you<\/strong>, recent and recognizable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No fully nude photographs, no explicit content, no images that focus exclusively on intimate areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No photographs of children, including your own, in any context.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No photographs that reveal sensitive information about third parties (license plates, addresses, identity documents).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No photographs taken from another person&#8217;s social media or from the internet without right of use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2 Descriptions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Honest information about your age, location, what you are looking for and what you are offering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No personal contact details visible (email, phone, social handles, other dating sites). Communication happens through the Platform, where moderation and safety tools apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No price lists, &#8220;rates&#8221;, &#8220;menus&#8221; or equivalent transactional terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No discriminatory language, no political extremism, no promotion of products or services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.3 Verification badges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We strongly encourage members to complete optional identity verification. A verification badge is a signal of trust for the rest of the community. See our <a href=\"https:\/\/sugardaddyplanet.com\/et\/age-verification-policy\/\">Age Verification Policy<\/a> for how it works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Communication standards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.1 Private messages<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be respectful, even on the first message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No unsolicited explicit content. Even when there is mutual interest, the exchange of intimate content is at the discretion of both parties, and it can stop at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No requests for money or financial information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No links to external sites unrelated to the conversation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private messages are encrypted in transit and at rest, but they are not anonymous: moderation may review messages flagged by reports or by automated systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.2 Video calls<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Platform&#8217;s integrated video call function is a safety tool: it helps you verify that the person on the other side is real before meeting them in person. Use it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No nudity, no explicit content during video calls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No recording of video calls without the express consent of the other party.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No use of pre-recorded videos to impersonate a live presence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Forum standards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our forums are a space for discussion, advice, experiences and questions. To keep them useful:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stay on topic<\/strong> for each section of the forum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No contact ads<\/strong> in the forum \u2014 that is what the social network is for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No erotic or pornographic content<\/strong> in forum posts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No spam, duplicate posts or bulk replies.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No links to illegal content, pirated software, license keys or copyright-infringing material.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Respect the moderators.<\/strong> Disagreements about moderation should be raised privately by message to the moderator or, if there is no response, to info@polarisnexus.com.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Moderators decide on the admissibility of posts. Repeated rule-breaking results in warnings, temporary bans or permanent expulsion, depending on severity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. How we moderate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We moderate the Platform using a combination of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Automated tools<\/strong> that scan for explicit content, escort-service language, scam patterns, hate speech and other prohibited material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User reports<\/strong> through the <strong>Report<\/strong> button available on every profile, message and post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trust &amp; Safety team review<\/strong> for all confirmed flags and reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ongoing audits<\/strong> of accounts that have been flagged in the past or that show suspicious patterns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Most decisions are made or confirmed by a human reviewer. Where the violation is severe (CSAM, trafficking signals, explicit fraud), automated action may be immediate and irreversible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Consequences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the severity, history and context of a violation, consequences may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Warning<\/strong> with explanation of the rule broken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Content removal<\/strong>: photo, message, profile field or post.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Temporary suspension<\/strong> of features (for example, messaging) or of the account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Permanent termination<\/strong> of the account, with no refund of the remaining subscription period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Forfeiture of the right to re-register<\/strong> on the Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reporting to law enforcement and to specialized organizations<\/strong> in cases involving criminal conduct, particularly trafficking, exploitation, CSAM or fraud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Severity is judged on a case-by-case basis, with the following principles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zero tolerance<\/strong> for trafficking, exploitation, CSAM, doxxing, non-consensual imagery and serious fraud \u2192 immediate permanent termination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strict response<\/strong> to harassment, hate speech, escort-service activity \u2192 suspension or termination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Graduated response<\/strong> for lesser breaches \u2192 warning, then suspension, then termination on repetition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds in connection with terminations follow our <a href=\"https:\/\/sugardaddyplanet.com\/et\/refund-policy\/\">Refund Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. How to report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports are the most important tool the community has to protect itself. If you see anything that breaks these Guidelines, <strong>report it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In-platform Report button<\/strong> \u2014 available on every profile, message and forum post. Select the reason that best matches the situation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E-post<\/strong> \u2014 info@polarisnexus.com with the subject line <strong>&#8220;Trust &amp; Safety report&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Urgent reports<\/strong> \u2014 subject line <strong>&#8220;URGENT \u2014 Trust &amp; Safety report&#8221;<\/strong> for situations involving a suspected minor, suspected trafficking, threats or risk to physical safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We aim to acknowledge reports within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> for urgent matters and within <strong>2 business days<\/strong> for the rest. Reports are confidential \u2014 we do not reveal the identity of the reporter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Changes to these Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in law, the evolution of the Platform, or what we learn from our community. The &#8220;Last updated&#8221; date at the top indicates the current version.
